Earlier this year, Jenkinson Consulting in conjunction with DEL launched an innovative new approach to improving business standards within the Dentistry profession. A total of 12 dental practices participated in an Investors in People Group Scheme designed to enhance and develop standards of patient care and customer service using the IiP framework to engage staff in continuous improvement initiatives.
