
Gill Fairley
Gill joined the business in 2006, following 12 years in operations and HR management, and 3 years in HR and Employment Relations consultancy. Gill supports a broad range of clients in numerous ways – via ongoing HR and employment advice, project delivery and interim management.
Gill is registered by the Department of Employment & Learning to advise on working with the Investors in People framework for improved people and business performance. She holds an LL.M. in Employment Law from the University of Leicester, and is also qualified to British Psychological Society Levels A & B (Intermediate) in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests.
Gill is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Member of the Industrial Law Society and a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting.
In her free time, Gill is a keen skier, enjoys travel and retail therapy (particularly where all of these pastimes can be combined).
